This is the kitchen workhorse!  It is the all around blade that most chef’s reach for first.  Capable of completing almost any task in the kitchen.  In skilled hands, it can be used for fine dicing and mincing all the way up to large slicing of material.

This blade is made from one of my favorite metals for kitchen use: 26c3!  It is capable of holding a sharper than razor blade edge much longer than your average knife.  The handle material consists of the exotic Cancharana wood from Argentina as well as custom made red resin spacers, brass and onyx infused resin with a gold weave in it.  This will be the knife everyone in the kitchen wants to use.
