  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Fireborn Knives is not responsible for items lost in transit. All shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers must also pay a $20 processing fee for the return.
